We’re building a movement to transform the media, marketing and advertising industries.

We need great clients to help us get there.

As CEO and Co-founder of Anything is Possible, Sam has led a remarkable recent phase of growth and expansion. He has opened the agency’s first overseas office in the mother city Cape Town SA, and led a northward expansion by acquiring Manchester’s SEO superstars Custard. Reflecting these achievements, in 2024 Sam was named one of the top 50 ambitious entrepreneurs in the UK by the LDC, and received the Great British Scale-up Entrepreneur of the Year award.

A two-time BIMA100 Inductee, and currently sitting on the IPA Council, Sam has sat on Google’s UK agency advisory council, SimilarWeb’s advisory board and the Bing search council. Sam has led global media strategy for Apple, LEGO, The Economist, L’Oreal, asos, The FA, Virgin Sport, and many more.

With a belief that the overlap between Media, Tech and Creative is the key territory for marketing effectiveness, Sam has grown capability and led the industry’s response to AI, Data and Attention-based media planning, within a fully sustainable, net-zero framework.

Mark Raymond

We set up Anything is Possible to strip away all the big agency baggage and get back to what we love doing – delivering great work that helps our clients grow.

Co-founder and CCO of Anything is Possible, Mark has 20 years experience in client services, media strategy and business development, leading award-winning campaigns for clients like Higher Ed Partners, Ordnance Survey, Heathrow and Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

Under his leadership with Sam, AIP has expanded globally, pioneered AI-driven marketing tools, and championed industry-wide sustainability efforts. A BIMA 100 member, Mark is a passionate advocate for professional development, driving AIP’s award-winning CPD program and apprenticeships.

Mark’s vision, innovation, and unwavering commitment to people and progress make him a transformative force in media and marketing.

Don Skinner

Don serves as Chief Operating Officer at AIP, bringing over 15 years of digital media expertise to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. His career began in 2008, when he quickly recognised digital's transformative potential for businesses. He maintains a far-sighted perspective on how agencies can get smart on technology to power client growth.

Don's roleincludes overseeing our Craft functions and operations, and as product owner for our growth engine Leap. He later transitioned to senior product marketing leadership at a global gaming technology firm before joining AIP in early 2023.

As COO, Don champions the integration of AI, data, and technology to elevate client services and redefine marketing approaches. His hands-on leadership style ensures optimal talent allocation across projects while fostering innovation.

A true Possiblist, Don has been instrumental in AIP's international expansion, including our Cape Town office launch, and is always looking to identify growth opportunities wherever the future can be found.

Ndeshi Shipanga

Where we work is a huge part of our lives. A good work culture is one where employees are continuously encouraged to work as a team, support each other and bring the best outcomes in every project. 

Ndeshi is passionate about shaping our all-important people and culture. She leads the far-reaching organisational change that makes such a difference to who we are and how we deliver client growth – from D&I initiatives to training and excellence and mental health support.

This unique perspective, and the ability to put it into action, has been fed by a deeper background working with and supporting excluded youths. During this vital work she loved seeing the amazing positive changes in people as they honed in on their natural talents.

Bringing out the best in us, so we can bring about the best for our clients, is what her role is all about.
