Director of Strategy
With over 15 years in senior agency creative management roles, he has overseen the creative delivery of global brands and campaigns spanning the premium FMCG, entertainment and music sectors for brands such as Bacardi, Universal and Disney.
Sitting at the heart of global creative development and working with a range of agency partners, he realised there was a need for a brand creative studio that better optimised the new world demand for high-end brand design studio finishing that is underpinned with brand marketing awareness, to create work that is both strategically compelling and scalable for global brands.

Creative Director
Dave has over 15 years agency experience, working directly with some of the most revered brands and creative minds of the last decade. An multi award-winning Design Director for clients such as Virgin Galactic, PUMA, Philippe Starck, Royal Mail, D&AD, MAMA Shelter, The America’s Cup and BMW.
He enjoys building long-lasting client partnerships, which has helped lead to more meaningful and creative work. His projects have been internationally recognised from D&AD to the New York Art Directors Club, and more recently the Emmys for his work with BMW. Dave enjoys working across the disciplines, from branding and strategy to campaign and film, and has gained specialist experience working in the sports marketing, retail and hospitality sectors.
Dave has been a regular contributor to Computer Arts, and has judged their awards scheme, The Brand Impact Awards. He also has a keen interest in education, and is a regular visiting lecturer and speaker at Arts University Bournemouth.
Financial Director
Richard leads the finances for HighSpirit and some of the UK's other leading advertising and creative agencies. Having worked as CFO at NOW Advertising in the height of their success, he transitioned to a fractional position where he now supports a small selection of boutique high-performing agency businesses. He has been across the numbers for HighSpirit as Financial Director since 2023.

Charlotte is a cultural and creative powerhouse, bringing rich real world experiences from across design, art and culture into every conversation and project. Having previously worked for CAA on global brand and institutions such as Mars, Jaguar Land Rover, V&A and Greenpeace, her ability to balance design craft with commercial nouse is unmatched.
