Wake Shake Boom with Moju

CHALLENGE

MOJU is the UK’s no 1 functional shot brand, and is currently enjoying rapidly growing distribution across several of the major retailers with more to come over 2023. With MOJU now more widely available than ever, the next requirement was to raise awareness and purchase intent - and ultimately drive sales of their best selling product, the ginger shot.

To do this we worked with our partners at WhoWotWhy to deliver an iconic and memorable campaign that brought MOJU into the lives of our audience and begin to establish MOJU as the UK’s new favourite morning ritual. Wake, Shake, Boom was born!

SOLUTION

Utilising the power of OOH to drive mass awareness and fame, we launched Wake, Shake, Boom into London across high-impact formats on the TfL network & Canary Wharf Ocean sites - reaching nearly 80% of all ABC1 Parents in London. To get MOJU into the hands of low-energy commuters, sites located near Co-op & Sainsburys stores offered a QR code to get a free shot of MOJU, alongside mass sampling at key stations throughout the campaign.

Social & video ran alongside our OOH campaign, driving cost-effective frequency of the core Wake, Shake, Boom imagery as well as their very catchy music video (which had a singing ginger - of course) to drive campaign recognition.

OUTCOME

Our campaign delivered success across all brand and performance metrics:

  • MOJU’s prompted awareness increase by +20%

  • Unprompted awareness rose by an incredible +67%

  • MOJU brand search increased by +126%

  • MOJU usage went up 6x pre vs. post campaign

  • Plus, their best ever sales in the month of January!
