Mae Reddaway

Mae is the Managing Director of SEEN Connects, a leading social and influencer marketing agency trusted by global brands including eBay, Waitrose, John Lewis and Lululemon.  

Her career began in traditional media before moving into media partnerships and influencer marketing at WPP agency Goat. There, Mae played a pivotal role in scaling client investment and driving measurable success for some of the world’s biggest brands. 

Drawing on her early experience as a teenage influencer, Mae brings a unique, insider perspective to the creator economy. She is passionate about delivering tangible business results through insight-driven creative strategies, authentic influencer collaborations, and rigorous performance measurement. 

As a young MD and working mother, Mae is a vocal advocate for modern, inclusive leadership; championing growth, resilience, and joy in the industry. 

Tom Milne

Tom Milne is a social media expert and Senior Account Manager at creative social and influencer agency, SEEN Connects.

After launching the website and social media channels for his parents’ jewellery business, Tom quickly discovered a knack for digital marketing, leading to freelance social media roles across several small businesses.His first agency position came through at 1000heads, where he gained valuable experience working on major retail and fashion brands such as The North Face, Timberland, Amazon, and New Look. He also contributed to B2B social media strategy for the European Patent Office, adding a layer of strategic consultancy to his growing skill set.

Eager for a new challenge, Tom joined SEEN Connects, where he now manages the agency’s social clients and has played a key role in expanding its social media offering. He leads work on various clients, including UP&GO and Lizi’s Granola, and drives social strategy for new business pitches. As the agency’s go-to expert for organic social, Tom also consults on creator content and platform best practices.



Ash Hatchard

Ash Hatchard is a Group Account Director at SEEN Connects.

Working in roles across communications, brand management and events, she has experience both in-house and within agencies across the hospitality, fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries.

James Rogers

JR is a Senior Account Director & Operations Lead at SEEN Connects, working across clients and agency processes.

From brand partnerships and talent management, to influencer marketing, SEO and Digital, JR has gained a full 360 view of the industry, working across industries including luxury travel, retail, beauty and lifestyle.

As a people-focused leader with a keen interest in processes and efficiencies, he implements processes that drive efficiency and allow businesses to scale accordingly.

Emma Wills

Emma Wills is a Group Account Director (Strategy) at SEEN Connects, working across insights and strategy.

Having previously worked in PR helping deliver campaigns for a wealth of clients from Nando’s to Audible, Emma now develops influencer marketing strategies and oversees the running of end-to-end social influencer campaigns for brands across industries like retail, fashion and real estate.
