Claire Ashworth
Claire leads Spark’s EMEA creative operations, helping global brands, such as Netflix, Disney, Universal Pictures and Boots (No7), scale visual storytelling across out-of-home, print, and digital environments. Her expertise across omnichannel content delivery in the retail and entertainment sector has been recognised at the BASE and Clio Awards.
Nicky Davies
Nicky has worked in experiential for over 3 decades, leading live and immersive experiences that connects brands such as Microsoft, Xbox, Paramount, and Sony with communities. A BAFTA award-winning marketer, Nicky specialises in developing and delivering global activations, from ideation to final execution, across retail, gaming, technology and entertainment.
Caitlin Byrne
With 16 years’ experience in Global Content Creation, Caitlin is an advocate for practical AI innovation and leads cross‑functional teams spanning creative, operations, production, language services, and data. Specialising in technology and entertainment, working with Microsoft and The Coca-Cola Company, Caitlin is known for turning complex, multi-market programmes into cohesive and engaging stories.
Jonathan Shean
As CEO of Spark, Jonathan is responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of the entire business, driving growth, culture, and organisational development. He applies a hands-on approach to leadership, while empowering individuals and teams to achieve their full potential. His role involves working with all of Spark’s major clients, including Fortune 500 companies in entertainment, technology, and consumer goods. For the past 20 years, Jonathan has specialised in marketing services, partnering with clients to help them reach their audiences. He founded and ran Continuum, a marketing execution company which was ultimately sold to a large publicly listed communications company. During that time, he worked with clients such as United Airlines and Serta Simmons Bedding. Before Continuum, Jonathan was the Senior Operating Officer at InnerWorkings, working with a variety of consumer brands. Outside of Spark, Jonathan is on the advisory board for FC United Soccer Club and also mentors college students for the North Shore Employee Scholarship Fund.
Saint Lewis
Saint leverages his decades of experience to lead Spark’s global growth strategy and client engagement, working with Microsoft, Philips, Samsung Health, Boots and Airtable. Prior to joining Spark, Saint worked at Tag Worldwide, Oliver Agency, Saatchi & Saatchi, VCCP, Cheil and Agency.com. Across these agencies, Saint built and led client accounts, delivery operations, capability expansion and implemented global growth functions across Creative, Integrated, Content, Digital and Production teams. He has spoken at the D&ADs, ISBA, and the IAB, and is an active mentor to graduates and start-ups, helping them break into the industry.
Rachelle Sokan
Rachelle is a marketer and an industry mentor. She draws on her 15 years of experience to lead Spark’s marketing and brand work that underpins the company, raising visibility and driving commercial growth in partnership with the broader leadership team. During her career, Rachelle has worked at Exhance (Elliott Management portfolio brand), Cariloop (VC-backed), Amsive (H.I.G. Capital portfolio company), and Propelis (formerly SGK, a global agency group). Rachelle uses her industry expertise to give back as a guest speaker and mentor for John Hersey High School’s business and DECA programs, focused on marketing strategy, value propositions, and business leadership.
