Ahmad Tea: Local Tea Cultures On A Global Stage

By
BIRD
Date Launched
October 2, 2023

Context
Ahmad Tea is enjoyed in over 90 countries. But building a consistent social presence across markets with very different local marketing capabilities isn’t easy. The brand needed a smarter, scalable way to create, manage and grow — without losing the soul of local tea culture.

Strategy
We built a one-stop global social engine.
A network of creators captured authentic tea moments across 20+ markets. We planned and published global content centrally. We bought media wherever Ahmad Tea needed to grow. Every market got premium content, ready to use — no matter their local set-up.

Creative Idea
Local tea cultures on a global stage
Our creators brought the brand into real lives and real rituals — from Japanese gardens to Moroccan markets. A distinctive global aesthetic made every post feel both fresh and familiar, blending local authenticity with world-class craft.

Media Approach
We didn’t just post content — we built audiences.
Through smart targeting and strategic media buying, we connected Ahmad Tea with premium tea lovers in 20+ countries. Building warm, engaged audiences ready for local teams to activate — turning followers into future customers.

Results
Ahmad Tea’s social presence is now truly global, deeply local and built for growth.
Markets that once had no digital footprint now have active, engaged audiences — and the platform to keep growing.
Proof that grown-up thinking grows brands.
