Allica Bank - A Long-Term Brand Platform For Top-To-Bottom Funnel Activation

By

Date Launched
April 15, 2026

Overview

Allica Bank aimed to redefine the banking experience for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing tailored financial solutions that cater to their unique needs. The focus was on creating a user-friendly digital platform that enhances customer engagement and streamlines banking operations.

The Brief

The objective was to develop a comprehensive digital strategy that would enhance brand visibility and recognition among SMEs, simplify the online banking experience through an intuitive interface, and foster trust and loyalty within the target audience by showcasing personalized services.

The Outcome

We developed a campaign that redefined the banking experience for SMEs, addressing their frustrations head-on. By asking how we could reconnect businesses with a personal banking experience, we created a narrative that emphasised Allica’s commitment to understanding customer needs.

The campaign featured Allica’s relationship managers actively engaged with clients, showcasing their deep involvement in businesses to highlight tailored support. This approach not only revitalised trust in banking but also established a brand world that resonated with SMEs, allowing Allica to stand out in an increasingly transactional landscape.
