With multiple global design and production teams, Kindred Group were experiencing global inefficiencies with excess resource, design replication and brand inconsistency.
With the Group focusing on major expansion plans both in terms of developing their brands and several high priority markets, it became clear that a new design set up was required to efficiently deliver their marketing needs for global on-site asset production and banner development.
Working closely with the Kindred London marketing team, Network London supported reviewing the current global design structure and processes to understand inefficiencies, replication of resource and obsolete process.
Following the review, the Kindred global design teams were consolidated into a single London concept design team, supported by Network London in design and creative production, delivering the large volume on-site asset design, production and banner development.
Following the integration of the partnership Kindred benefited from an agile dedicated team that was able to deliver high volume, fast turnaround global and local market projects including;
