Groove Is In The Gut: Yeo Valley's Bold Campaign for Kefir Range

Using dynamic storytelling we established Yeo Valley Kefir as the go-to solution for gut health.

The Challenge

Kefir is one of the fastest-growing yogurt categories, with consumers increasingly aware of the gut health benefits of fermented foods. Yeo Valley wanted to promote its expanding kefir family—spanning 500ml bottles, 350g potted versions, multi-packs, and Gut Boost shots—while differentiating itself from competitors. The campaign also needed to establish a long-term creative platform capable of supporting future product innovations and driving overall brand salience.

The Insight

Consumers are looking for gut health solutions that fit seamlessly into their daily routines. Yeo Valley needed a campaign that conveyed both the functional benefits and the enjoyable experience of its kefir range, while ensuring consistent brand recognition across all touchpoints.

The Solution

We created the “Groove Is In The Gut” creative platform, inspiring viewers to “Find your daily groove” across a range of assets including 30-second hero ads, 15-second cutdowns, TikTok-first videos, YouTube bumpers, and vibrant photography.

The narrative followed three characters enjoying different kefir products, linked by seamless transitions and a catchy soundtrack to emphasise the feel-good, energy-boosting benefits of Yeo Valley Kefir. The fridge POV opening sequence, dynamic text animations, and colourful kaleidoscope bursts provided a unique and recognisable creative identity across all assets.
