Hitachi Digital Services | Creating a Unifying Brand Identity

By
Because you don’t need another Yes Man.
Date Launched
April 1, 2025

Case Study Overview

We partnered with Hitachi Digital Services to clarify the brand’s role and elevate its presence across the wider Hitachi ecosystem.

Our team created a cohesive identity that reflected the company’s positioning and aligned internal and external audiences behind a single, strategic narrative: Powering Tomorrow. Acting as Hitachi Digital Services' fractional brand team, Ladyship defined a distinct brand strategy, refined messaging and tone of voice and evolved the visual identity for consistency and impact.

Together, we created a stronger, more unified brand story that connects purpose, capability and culture– all brought to life through campaigns, leadership communications and global events.

From Story to System

We developed a new strategic narrative and positioning framework that defined what the business does and who it serves.

From this foundation, we crafted a messaging toolkit to bring the brand story to life, evolving the visual identity to ensure consistency across key touchpoints.

To embed the refreshed brand across the organisation, we created a comprehensive brand book that helped to shape leadership communications and supported cohesive activation across major 2025 events and external campaigns. Today, we continue to partner with Hitachi Digital Services to deepen brand adoption and drive activation at every level.
