Netflix: Queen Charlotte Global

The start

Create & produce a global music video that can be leveraged by markets internationally to pierce the zeitgeist for the global Launch of Queen Charlotte.


The strategy

A show built around women of colour's experience of empowerment, regality and regency flair, we knew we had to create a concept in keeping with these values. With just 3% of orchestral musicians being from diverse backgrounds, we wanted to make a real statement.


The solution

We created the largest ever global orchestra made up entirely of Women of Colour. 72 amazing musicians from 11 local markets. From bespoke costume, hair styling, this was the first time an orchestra of this size had been assembled. 

We worked with no other than Alicia Keys, a classically trained woman of colour, to recreate her seminal track ‘If I Aint Got You’ on the 10th anniversary of it’s release, into a new global music video. Warm Street led all creative, pre-production, post-production and music direction.
