Lucy is co-Deputy MD of Alfred and has over 15 years experience in integrated and strategic comms. Lucy plays a key role in shaping Alfred’s direction, developing its team and leading client relationships. She is passionate about creating work that has an impact for clients, whether that's a challenger brand looking to disrupt a sector or household name.
Hannah is a Director at Alfred, where she leads strategic and creative integrated campaigns for both global and UK clients. Throughout her 15-year career, she has spearheaded multiple award-winning campaigns across the brand, FMCG, entertainment, and not-for-profit sectors. Hannah's holistic approach to campaign development ensures that creative excellence translates directly into commercial success for Alfred's diverse client portfolio.
Lisa has nearly 20 years agency experience in digital marketing and communications, developing and leading strategic, creative integrated marketing campaigns across earned, owned and paid media. She cut her teeth in consumer and corporate PR for big brands before moving into digital marketing, giving her a unique understanding of storytelling and building integrated campaigns that drive media fame. Her experience spans a broad range of sectors, including Amazon, Sainsbury's, Westfield, Unilever, Nespresso, and Mercedes-Benz.
Holly is co-Deputy MD of Alfred and has a wealth of experience across consumer brands including Sainsbury's, Nespresso and Mars Petcare, with a focus on creating meaningful insight-led campaigns which connect brands with their audiences. Holly also sits as Head of Culture and is passionate about ensuring the agency is a great place to work, with a happy team that deliver their best work for clients.
Dan is the MD and founder of Alfred, a social-first agency that creates work designed to stop the scroll and capture attention. Since founding Alfred in 2013, he has led the agency in developing creative-driven campaigns across social, digital, paid, content and PR that help B2B and B2C brands cut through the noise and connect with their audiences. With extensive experience spanning consumer, corporate and issues communications, Dan understands that attention is currency and only compelling creative work drives results. He specialises in helping brands leverage digital channels to build marketing impact and enhance corporate reputation.
