Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) - Always On Social

By

Date Launched

CHALLENGE

How do we take regional shopping centres and enhance their online presence, engage the local community, and drive foot traffic amongst younger consumers and families?

SOLUTION

Our strategy is to position the shopping centres as the heart of the community, where everything you need is just around the corner. We want to showcase the numerous experiences available, from shopping and dining to entertainment, all under one roof.

Create community focused content that shows the breadth of what is available at the centres, giving each centre its own personality.  Promoting family focused activities and events on Instagram reels as well as launching TikTok to engage younger consumers. Creating content series to that we can own to keep our audience engaged and jumping on trends to help entice a wider audience.

RESULTS

Our second piece of content reached unprecedented reach numbers (38k) at Angel Central

Launching three new  TikTok channels and establishing a key Gen Z touchpoint

In our second month of running TikTok for the Ashley centre, we delivered a 10% engagement rate

Getting engagement from the centre staff and staff at the retailers which has increased reach of our content

ACTION

In just 3 months since we won the account, we’ve grown the audience by 40% (15,147 new followers) and increased footfall amongst target audiences in specific postcodes between 1-3%.
