Jess oversees Creative Operations at Not Actual Size, driving commercial success whilst prioritising culture, craft and people. With over ten years’ experience in production and project management, she delivers work that champions creative excellence, innovation and high-value brand storytelling.
Lottie Lucarotti
Lottie is Strategy Director at Not Actual Size, where she champions the agency’s listening culture. She guides the team to get under the skin of what people really think and feel, using that to help brands get closer to their audiences and to shape work that truly resonates.

Building cultural relevance for brands since 2007. Our approach is built around our proprietary listening methodology. Part ethnography, part social listening, we get under the skin of behaviours and people to create strategies, positioning and creative work that feels real. 

We are independent and employee-owned. We constantly shape-shift and build teams to meet the way modern brands need to work, hoping to prove that with a little imagination, our industry can do better.
