We’ve been working with Amazon since January 2023.
Our work together began by helping Amazon UK to communicate complicated reputational messages to online audiences.
Our scope has grown to include full, day-to-day management of the brand’s UK Facebook, Instagram, and X channels (since January 2024) along with ad hoc projects for priority global markets, including: U.S., France, Germany, Spain, and Italy.
We conduct social listening, set the brand's social strategy, ideate and produce content that lives on the brand’s social channels, source and activate creators and media partnerships, manage a robust content calendar and deliver errorless posting and publishing.
Since working with Amazon in early 2024, our social content has consistently outperformed the averages achieved prior to our involvement, with impression rates increasing by 77% on Facebook, 21.55% on Instagram, and 40.63% on X in 2024.
