The Brief
We were asked by the UK’s No 1 kefir brand to grow their community on Instagram and TikTok followers and reach and drive engagement among three defined core customers; Young Trendies, Modern Families, and Comfortable Mid-Lifers.
The Solution
Using social listening and our own creative process, we began by tapping into organic social trends, jumping on reactive in-the-moment news events, identifying UGC content, working with brand ambassadors and making gut health relatable and humorous through fun, engaging and relatable feed posts, Reels and TikToks.
The Results
In just 12 months, we grew Biotiful’s community of Instagram and TikTok followers by a HUGE 259% – that’s 86,050 NEW followers (20,204 on Instagram, 65,846 on TikTok). During this time, we’ve also kept an ongoing engagement rate of 6% on Instagram – a BIG feat considering the high follower growth rate and the very competitive dairy category.
