JD brought together 300+ senior leaders from across 16 countries to align around Nike’s next chapter. The challenge was to move beyond a traditional conference format - and create something that could energise, inspire and unify leadership around a shared vision.
Win Together reimagined the space as a fully immersive Nike environment, translating brand culture into something tangible. Product, sound and storytelling came together to create a high-energy world designed to reflect JD’s momentum and Nike’s cultural influence.
Guests stepped into a layered experience built around interaction - from large-scale digital moments to immersive product installations featuring iconic silhouettes such as the Air Max 95 and Air Max DN. A 5×5m video wall and DJ-led sound design created a constant sense of pace, turning the environment into something to move through, not just observe.
The result was a leadership experience that felt less like a presentation and more like stepping inside the brand - aligning audiences through shared experience, not just messaging.
