Rollover reached out to a number of agencies to develop their social media content strategy to focus on customer engagement with an emphasis on TikTok. Following a competitive pitch, Favola were awarded the organic content retainer in June 2025.
The Solution
As part of the new social media strategy, we relaunched their TikTok channel to create buzz among the younger demographic. From a new #ChallengeRollover series, to hopping on the latest trends, the profile highlights Rollover’s fun and cheeky brand personality.
The Results
Through a reignited strategy focusing on fan engagement and ‘being part of the conversation’ we saw significant growth across all KPIs on Instagram in the first six months, including:
5% follower growth
185% increase in engagements
440% increase in impressions
On TikTok, we've revitalised TikTok the brand and turned it into Rollover's most engaged social media platform, achieving almost 5,000 followers in eight months and reaching more than two million digital touchpoints with a strategy of trend-focused, people led content.
