With 19 years’ experience in client service, working at start-ups, global networks and everything in between, Josh has led partnerships with global and multi-market teams across brands including Amazon, BBC, Nike, British Airways, PlayStation and Coca-Cola.
Amy Coomber | Chief Creative Production Officer
Amy has produced work for some of the biggest global brands to include Adidas, Apple, British Airways, H&M, Harvey Nichols, John Lewis, Nike, Google, Reebok, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Voyages, Waitrose.   Amy’s determination, drive and passion for excellence means not only is anything possible, but possible with the highest level of craft.  Amy has played an integral part in neverland winning 50+ craft awards including a Cannes Film Lion for achievement in production.  As well as being awarded Producer of the Year and Production Team of the year 2022 and in 2023.  
Simon Massey | Co-founder, Brand Strategy
Specialist in Brand Strategy, Innovation, and NPD, Simon is one of the most experienced brand strigests in the industry. Across his career he has developed the global strategy and local market adaptation for global brands including Sony mobile, Jägermeister, Umbro and over 20 of Campari Group's brands. He also specialises in brand-led innovation, training over 2,000 people at Mondelez. 
Jon Forsyth | Co-founder, CCO
Previously founder of adam&eveDDB, the most creatively awarded agency in the world, Jon has a wealth of experience working across brands and charities including John Lewis, Save the Children and Nike. Jon is a rare combination of communications strategist and creative. 
Lola Neves
Lola is a brilliantly smart and experienced strategist. Her work at AMV BBDO for on Mars Petcare transformed not just the brands she worked on - Sheba, Wiskers and Pedigree - but transformed the market. Sheeba's ‘Hope Reef’ campaign took home 2 Grand Prix Cannes Lions amongst other prestigious awards. Since joining Neverland she has put a strong focus on strategic rigour and seemleslly bringing our brand, creative and comms strategist expertise together for our clients.
