The world needs to build—faster and at greater scale than ever before. Demand for housing, energy, and infrastructure is surging, while the construction workforce is shrinking fast.
Enter Bedrock Robotics: a team of seasoned leaders out of Waymo, Segment, and Uber Freight with a clear mission—to retrofit the world’s heavy equipment with advanced autonomy, unlocking a new era of progress. Backed by $80M from Eclipse Ventures, 8VC, and others, Bedrock came to us ahead of their launch out of stealth.
We partnered closely with the founding team to develop a complete brand system: strategy, narrative, identity, content, and website. The strategy centered on a clear positioning—advanced autonomy for the built world—and a brand signal—Continuous Progress—that balanced immediate impact with long-term ambition.
The identity combined bold type, industrial palettes and patterns, raw photography, and 3D motion graphics to highlight the product itself. To demonstrate this was real-life technology, we led content production across multiple test and job sites, capturing machines in action and stories from the field. All layering into a modular, scalable website designed to evolve with the business.
Bedrock launched in July 2025 with an $80M raise and major press coverage from Forbes, TechCrunch, and more. The brand has helped Bedrock define its category, drive commercial traction, and build early momentum with customers, partners, and recruits — giving their team a strong foundation to grow.
