Microsoft Modular Expos

By

Date Launched
May 31, 2023

We continue to design sustainable, modular exhibition systems for Microsoft, adaptable to various footprints and product needs, for 50 successful tradeshows across EMEA and counting…

Challenge

Having built a long lasting relationship with Microsoft over the years as their go-to exhibition partner, we were challenged to create a fully flexible experience, which not only meets the needs of different footprints and markets, but also different Microsoft products - all while needing to be as sustainable as possible.

Insight & Strategy

To create a space which remains future proofed we challenge ourselves to keep evolving our thinking. There are always ways in which we rethink and evolve design elements, improve sustainability practices and adopt new technologies to keep Microsoft experience at the head of its game.

Solution

We have developed cohesive modular stand designs that continue to showcase Microsoft's different products, no matter what the size of the footprint or event restrictions. Meeting the functionality needs of all product teams has been key, whether that’s openness, enclosed meeting spaces; storage requirements, display screens or partner demonstrations - all within varying space configurations and stand orientations. Materials are carefully chosen to ensure that we limit the impact on the environment, whilst also being extremely durable so they stand the test of time.

Impact

To date, we have activated 50+ exhibitions across EMEA and continue to optimise and fine-tune the way we can create more flexibility for our Microsoft clients.
