Challenge

As Shopify’s trusted experiential partner for four years and counting, we are constantly challenged to ensure that they continue to be the destination for enterprise delegates at the likes of Shoptalk Europe, eCommerce Expo, E-Show Madrid OMR and DMEXCO - while simultaneously being flexible to reconfigure the experience for various footprints and differing local market needs.

Insight & Strategy

Whichever market they operate in, enterprise leaders love to challenge the status quo and push the envelope - our stand designs are always trying to do exactly that.

Solution

Customer stories are the most engaging and authentic way for delegates to learn about the Shopify ecosystem of products, so we continually look for inventive ways to place them at the heart of the experience - whether that’s a minimalist store, a boutique kiosk or an interactive screen, to help set Shopify apart from other exhibition stands. In addition, we explore unique materials, print and technology to ensure every time Shopify shows up, the brand looks fresh and exciting. Consumer flow and engagement are a key aspect of the design process: our multifaceted layouts offer meeting rooms, POS demonstration areas, workshop spaces with AV capabilities, tech and agency partner areas and lounge spaces, all easily configured to offer the right experience for each event. One thing we love about our synergy with Shopify is our mutual passion for sustainability in events. That means adapting existing modular assets to extend their life, minimising carbon footprint with compact and lightweight kit and reducing print wherever possible.

Impact

We enjoy the positive feedback we regularly receive during events on the booth design and functionality from existing and prospective customers, the media and the client. Year upon year, the ambition increases to continually evolve and offer more, which is a great creative challenge to solve.
