Outside of work, Tee is usually chasing miles on a long run or looking for a good live music gig. Both give her space to think, reset, and stay inspired.

PR ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - Aliyah has a Marketing and Branding degree and supports New Balance and retail accounts like JD Sports and Footasylum. Skilled in media outreach and creative mailers, she drives coverage across national and lifestyle outlets with a proactive, detail-focused approach to campaign management.
RIA SHAH
PARTNERSHIPS & COMMUNITY ASSISTANT - With a background in fashion marketing, Ria brings fresh insight and attention to detail to influencer relations and brand activations. A proactive and enthusiastic approach, supporting seamless execution of partnerships and experiences, streamlining processes to deliver strong campaigns for New Balance Retail across JD, ASOS, and Foot Locker, along with Sweaty Betty and Speedo. New to PR, she quickly adapts and supports partnership initiatives for New Balance and Keen, bringing trend awareness and strong organisational skills to fast-paced projects.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - Meredith has 10+ years in PR and communications, she has led major campaigns for high-profile brands. As Associate Director at GUNG HO she brings strategic expertise from roles at Splendid Communications and KISS, delivering impactful work across consumer, lifestyle, and corporate sectors. Brand experience: PepsiCo, Burger King, Tesco, Sweaty Betty, Footlocker. Beyond the 9-5: Meredith is a Japanophile.
PIPPA ROUTLEDGE
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - With 15+ years in PR, Pippa has led strategy, influencer and activation campaigns for top sports, lifestyle and fashion brands. At GUNG HO, she drives communications, client servicing, team development and agency growth, building lasting relationships with key clients while ensuring seamless operations and integration. Brand experience: Garmin, Speedo, New Balance. Beyond the day job Pippa is managing Madison's (her daughter) educational, social and emotional needs (!) Also- chasing the sunshine on holidays and sampling new cuisines in restaurants.
ALEX WILSON
CULTURE COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR - With 7+ years in PR, communications and fashion writing, Alex is GUNG HO’s Culture Lead, driving culturally relevant campaigns, partnerships and activations. He works across sport, outdoors and lifestyle brands like KEEN, Cat Footwear and Christopher Raeburn, delivering press days, influencer collaborations and creative concepts that connect with fashion and cultural moments. Beyond the day job Alex likes playing guitar and songwriting and music generally – plus running, general fitness and riding his gravel bike. And loves fashion .. a mixture of vintage and modern designers.
FAYE WILLIAMSON
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Faye, with two years’ experience in fashion, sports, and wellness, supports brands like New Balance and Speedo. Awarded for creativity and strategy, she excels in media and influencer relations, coordinating PR campaigns and brand activations that build meaningful connections between brands and audiences. Beyond the day job, Faye's passions include running, she's a big movie buff, loves to read (memoirs especially) and she also hosts a small book & film club centred on women writers and directors
SAM SHETERLINE
HEAD OF CLIENT - With over a decade driving creative growth, Sam has led transformative strategies for fashion and lifestyle brands. By combining leadership with hands-on action, Sam helped scale agencies and brands, delivering significant market share gains, revenue growth, and cultural relevance. Brand experience: M&S, Dr. Martens, and Tesco’s F&F. Beyond the 9-5: Sam plays an active role in mentoring future talent and is football obsessed - from pitch-side at his son's games and active member of the Reading FC fan action group (significant moment- crowdfunding a giant 12m x 8m flag).
PAUL PHEDON
FOUNDER & CEO - Founded GUNG HO over 20 years ago following his background as CMO with a Global Sports brand. Paul has positioned GUNG HO to develop growth for global brands at the intersection of sports, fashion & lifestyle with a balance of creativity & commerciality. Brand experience includes: Speedo, New Balance, Ellesse, Canterbury, Garmin, Commonwealth Games- worked at 5 Olympic Games. Beyond the day job: Paul cooks up a storm in the kitchen - his happy place. He owns four BBQs.
LOUISE SIDEY
SENIOR SOCIAL STRATEGIST - Louise joined Gung Ho from Not Actual Size where she worked on Dove, Ben and Jerry's, Rexona, Beloved, Dove Men + Care, and Breyers. As Senior Social Strategist she brings social strategic expertise to our Zalando global social media work driving the strategy across all the channels. With a Master’s in Gender Studies which included a brief foray into oral history, she trained and worked as an English teacher before moving into marketing. Louise takes real pride in her ability to listen, distill and craft stories, and in always asking the questions that open up creative thinking. Louise is always running, reading, cycling, dancing, in a power flow yoga class or writing her substack (a passion project).
RACHAEL ROBERTSON
BUSINESS DIRECTOR - Rachael is a brand and marketing leader who is passionate about connecting brands to culture through partnerships, campaigns and purposeful storytelling. Bringing 14 years of experience to Gung Ho across a wide portfolio of brands, particularly within the fitness and fashion space including Nike, adidas, Gymshark, and Fendi. Leading on activations that have amplified brand awareness, audience growth and unlocked new commercial opportunities. A competent and infectiously passionate about brand strategy and partnerships with an aptitude for leading diverse teams to create culturally relevant and purposeful work. Rachael is running the London Marathon in 2026!
BEN HARRIS
SENIOR PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR - Ben is a talent, influencer, and creator partnerships leader with over 12 years’ experience working across talent management, agencies, and global brands- including Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Gucci, ASOS, H&M, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, NIKE, EA Sports (NFL) and PUMA. Prior to joining Gung Ho,Ben led VIP & Talent Partnerships at ASOS, where he built the in-house talent team, launched a retained creator programme activating 200+ influencers monthly, and delivered major influencer moments across fashion, culture, and commerce. Prior to that, Ben held senior leadership roles at Kyra and Karla Otto, shaping creator and influencer strategies for global and luxury brands. Ben is one of Drapers 30 Under 30 for Influencer Marketing within Fashion Retail and holds a Dance & Sports Science degree and MA in Queer History.
