Brand experience: PepsiCo, Burger King, Tesco, Sweaty Betty, Footlocker. Beyond the 9-5: Meredith is a Japanophile.
PIPPA ROUTLEDGE
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - With 15+ years in PR, Pippa has led strategy, influencer and activation campaigns for top sports, lifestyle and fashion brands. At GUNG HO, she drives communications, client servicing, team development and agency growth, building lasting relationships with key clients while ensuring seamless operations and integration. Brand experience: Garmin, Speedo, New Balance. Beyond the day job Pippa is managing Madison's (her daughter) educational, social and emotional needs (!) Also- chasing the sunshine on holidays and sampling new cuisines in restaurants.

SENIOR PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR - A specialist in results-driven influencer campaigns, Meg has 6 years’ agency experience shaping culturally relevant partnerships across Instagram and TikTok. At GUNG HO, she leads the Partnerships Division, driving growth and guiding a talented team to deliver impactful work for brands like New Balance, Nike, adidas and Puma.
ALEX WILSON
CULTURE COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR - With 7+ years in PR, communications and fashion writing, Alex is GUNG HO’s Culture Lead, driving culturally relevant campaigns, partnerships and activations. He works across sport, outdoors and lifestyle brands like KEEN, Cat Footwear and Christopher Raeburn, delivering press days, influencer collaborations and creative concepts that connect with fashion and cultural moments. Beyond the day job Alex likes playing guitar and songwriting and music generally – plus running, general fitness and riding his gravel bike. And loves fashion .. a mixture of vintage and modern designers.
JONATHAN YATES
SENIOR PUBLICITY DIRECTOR - With 10+ years’ experience in publicity, Jonathan leads GUNG HO’s media offering, helping brands deliver key messaging through storytelling. Skilled in talent management, crisis comms and trend reporting, he’s worked across sectors and recently supported Speedo’s global press office at the Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics. Beyond the day job, Jona’s passionate on all things music, travelling far and wide to catch live gigs from his favourite artists and playing guitar (badly) at home. His love of exploration doesn’t stop there; travel and the outdoors are a big part of who he is. Most recently, he rekindled his passion for sailing, spending a week’s course navigating the Solent and soaking up life on the open water.
HARLEEN DHILLON
ACCOUNT MANAGER - Harleen is a results driven PR expert with extensive experience developing and executing global campaigns for sports and lifestyle clients, and is passionate about driving brand awareness with diverse audiences. Harleen ecently qualified as a nail technican to do BIAB and gel on herself and is now leaning more about nail art. She's also a huge football fan and more specifically Liverpool fan, love going to games whenever she can.

Awarded for creativity and strategy, she excels in media and influencer relations, coordinating PR campaigns and brand activations that build meaningful connections between brands and audiences. Beyond the day job, Faye's passions include running, she's a big movie buff, loves to read (memoirs especially) and she also hosts a small book & film club centred on women writers and directors

HEAD OF CLIENT - With over a decade driving creative growth, Sam has led transformative strategies for fashion and lifestyle brands. By combining leadership with hands-on action, Sam helped scale agencies and brands, delivering significant market share gains, revenue growth, and cultural relevance. Brand experience: M&S, Dr. Martens, and Tesco’s F&F. Beyond the 9-5: Sam plays an active role in mentoring future talent and is football obsessed - from pitch-side at his son's games and active member of the Reading FC fan action group (significant moment- crowdfunding a giant 12m x 8m flag).

CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER - A multi award-winning Creative Director, Gareth brings 30 years’ experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative, high-profile campaigns for brands. In 2023 he launched GUNG HO Creative Studio, driving standout campaigns and productions. Brand experience: Speedo, Canterbury, Lacoste, Keen, New Balance, Sweaty Betty. Beyond the day: Gareth is a massive sports fan and Welsh Rugby in particular.
PAUL PHEDON
FOUNDER & CEO - Founded GUNG HO over 20 years ago following his background as CMO with a Global Sports brand. Paul has positioned GUNG HO to develop growth for global brands at the intersection of sports, fashion & lifestyle with a balance of creativity & commerciality. Brand experience includes: Speedo, New Balance, Ellesse, Canterbury, Garmin, Commonwealth Games- worked at 5 Olympic Games. Beyond the day job: Paul cooks up a storm in the kitchen - his happy place. He owns four BBQs.
